ServicesUtility Assistance (EAP) is a program that provides a one time credit on utilities for low-income households. It begins in November 2021 and runs through May 2022. If a household is eligible, a designated amount will be credited to the utility bill. Food Pantry provides a three to five day supply of emergency food to families in need 1X every month, or as needed in emergencies. Lawn Program offers lawn mowing services for the low and moderate income elderly and individuals with physical disabilities. The service is available in the City of Hammond. |
